Hastelloy pneumatic control valve is a type of valve that uses compressed gas as its power source, a cylinder as its actuator, and accessories such as valve positioners, converters, solenoid valves, holding valves, and gas filters to drive the valve, achieving on/off or proportional regulation. It receives control signals from industrial automation control systems to adjust various process parameters such as flow rate, pressure, temperature, and liquid level of pipeline media. The characteristics of Hastelloy pneumatic control valves are simple control, fast response, and inherent safety, without the need for additional explosion-proof measures.

A、 The use and characteristics of Hastelloy pneumatic control valve. It is a right angle rotary structure that can be used in conjunction with a valve positioner to achieve proportional adjustment; The V-shaped valve core is suitable for various regulating occasions, with a large rated flow coefficient, adjustable ratio, good sealing effect, sensitive regulating performance, small volume, and can be installed vertically and horizontally. Suitable for controlling media such as gases, vapors, liquids, etc.

The actuator is the thrust component of the regulating valve, which generates corresponding thrust according to the magnitude of the control signal pressure, and drives the action of the regulating mechanism. The valve body is the regulating component of the Hastelloy pneumatic control valve, which directly contacts the regulating medium and regulates the flow rate of the fluid.
Installation principle:
(1) The installation position of the Hastelloy pneumatic control valve requires a certain height from the ground, and there should be a certain space above and below the valve for disassembly, assembly, and repair. For regulating valves equipped with pneumatic valve positioners and handwheels, it is necessary to ensure easy operation, observation, and adjustment.
(2) The regulating valve should be installed on a horizontal pipeline and perpendicular to the pipeline, generally supported under the valve to ensure stability and reliability. For special occasions where the regulating valve needs to be installed horizontally on a vertical pipeline, the regulating valve should also be supported (except for small-diameter regulating valves). During installation, avoid adding additional stress to the regulating valve.
(3) The working environment temperature of the regulating valve should be within (-30~+60), with a relative humidity not exceeding 95% and 95%.
(4) There should be a straight pipe section at the front and rear positions of the regulating valve, with a length not less than 10 times the diameter of the pipeline (10D), to avoid the valve's straight pipe section being too short and affecting the flow characteristics.
(5) When the diameter of the regulating valve is different from that of the process pipeline, a reducing pipe should be used for connection. When installing small-diameter regulating valves, threaded connections can be used. The fluid direction arrow on the valve body should be consistent with the fluid direction.
(6) To set up a bypass pipeline. The purpose is to facilitate switching or manual operation, allowing for maintenance of the regulating valve without stopping the vehicle.
(7) Before installation, the regulating valve should be thoroughly cleaned of foreign objects such as dirt, welding slag, etc. in the pipeline.
Precautions for use:
1. This valve should be stored in a dry room, and both ends of the passage must be blocked. No stacking or storage allowed
2. Regulating valves stored for a long time should be regularly inspected to remove dirt, and rust proof oil should be applied to all moving parts and processing surfaces to prevent rusting.
3. This valve should be installed on a horizontal pipeline and must be installed vertically. The valve stem is facing upwards.
4. The installation must be carried out according to the flow direction of the medium indicated by the arrow in the diagram.
